Katsuhiro Miura spent five years perfecting the KM-700. Designed to deliver the clubhead square at impact, this revolutionary design is made possible only through Miura’s proprietary manufacturing techniques combined with the grinding expertise of Miura craftsmen. The relentless pursuit of perfection required numerous iterations of the head, each refining weight distribution to its optimum. The result is a club that allows golfers of all levels to get the most out of their game.

• OPTIMIZED PERFORMANCE
  The unique shape and weight distribution on the back of the head optimizes the center of gravity position for each iron. This revolutionary club head design, seen most notably with the toe grind, also promotes a return to square at impact, benefitting all golfers.
  

• MORE FORGIVENESS
  This club head also features a revolutionary hosel and heel design which allows for moving the center of gravity 3mm closer to the toe, 35mm from the heel. (7 iron) The bigger “sweet spot” promotes a playability which is similar to what one might see in a wood. Off center hits are straighter and farther.
  
  
• STAMP OF APPROVAL
  The five-year journey that led to the creation of the KM-700 involved Miura-san’s mentoring of future generations of Miura Craftsmen. A suggestion by one of his proteges, in fact, contributed to the innovative design of these irons. While searching for optimum weight distribution, numerous iterations of the head were designed until the result of a playable club for golfers of all levels was achieved. This achievement is signified by Miura-san’s stamp of approval, the red hanko stamp, on the back cavity of every iron.
