- Select "Reset Your Password."

How to add/change shipping address?
- Log in to your account via the "Log In" menu.

How do I shop at Leonian Golf?

- There is an AWB/receipt number that can be clicked to track the order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Sorry, for items you have checked out, they
cannot be cancelled.
What if I don't get confirmation for my order?
- Make sure the email you have submitted is correct and check your inbox, spam, or trash folder regularly.
- If after 1x24 hours you have not received an order confirmation email, please contact the website admin.

What if I experience problems with payment or my funds are debited more than once?
- You are asked to send proof of payment that was debited twice to be checked on our system.
- If validated correctly, your funds will be returned to your account within approximately 7 working days.

How long will my order take to arrive?
- Orders will arrive based on the lead time (SLA) of each selected courier.
- Delivery waiting time will be calculated after the product is handed over to the delivery courier.

What if I enter the wrong shipping address?
If there is an incorrect address, the Leonian

address, if the city and province are not changed, which will impact shipping

availability in our warehouse, you can ask our website admin.
How to care for Leonian Golf products?
You can follow the care steps listed on the product tag. However, in general, you can also follow the information below
depending on the Leonian Golf product you have:
- Care for clothes: Use plain water. If washing in a washing machine, do not
use bleach or fabric softener. Dry clothes at room temperature. Store them in a special laundry bag to prevent them from getting caught on Velcro. clothes/wardrobe hooks, or other sharp objects. - Care for bags: Use a dry brush to remove any dirt stuck to the bag. Dry the shoes at room temperature, avoiding excessive heat in the dryer.
