Return & Refund Policy
- Can I request a return for goods that are not suitable/damaged or for which the order quantity is insufficient?
- Contact our Customer Care via email at info@leogolf.id or WhatsApp number +62 819 9998 7060, and then our Customer Care will verify the reason for returning the product.
- You will get a format to fill in order details, purchase data, reason for return, and photo evidence.
- What is the return policy?

- Orders can be returned within 7 days of the order being shipped.
- The cost of returning the goods and any risks that may occur during delivery are the customer's responsibility.
- The product is still in good condition, has not been used, is still complete with the original box or packaging, has the label (tag) still attached to the product, and has no damage or stains that would make the product considered defective or damaged.
- The products you receive can be returned other than the following categories:
- Broken, dented, cracked, peeled/torn grip, torn or punctured head cover (golf club).
- Reduced number of quantity (golf balls)
- Torn, holed, discolored due to washing (apparel)
- Torn, holed, discolored due to washing, missing accessories (golf bag)
- Damaged due to dropping or being hit (electronics goods, i.e., rangefinder, watch GPS tracker, etc.)
- Returned products are products at normal prices, unless there is a defect in the product you received.
- Orders that can be returned are orders with full payment without any voucher deductions or cashback.
- Product returns can only be processed for a refund according to the payment method you used during the transaction.
- For full product returns, a refund will be processed, including the shipping costs you paid initially. For partial product returns, a refund will only be processed for the value of the returned item.
- Leonian Golf reserves the right to change its product return policies at any time. Please regularly review the list of order categories that qualify for returns.
3. How long will it take to get my refund?

- Approximately 7 working days from when we receive and approve your refund request.
4. How do I know if the Leonian Golf team has successfully received my order?

5. What if I have a defective or damaged item?

- If you receive your order damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Care team, who will assist you with the return process. Any returned product that meets the terms and conditions will be processed for a refund.
