It's been 10 years since the launch of the APEX brand irons. Desiring to create a product worthy of this commemorative year, the new "APEX PERFORMANCE SERIES" was developed. The theme is "For those who don't compromise on score, appearance, feel, and, of course, performance." The "APEX Ai200 Irons," one of the series, truly deliver on all of these requirements. Featuring a hollow construction and a sharp finish reminiscent of the APEX PRO irons, the face is forged from Carpenter 455 steel, known for its strength and resilience, combined with a forged soft iron body, providing players with high ball speeds and a comfortable feel.

Following the introduction of the PARADYM Ai SMOKE series, the Ai Smart Face is also introduced, utilizing data input primarily from golfers scoring in the 80s to deliver spin and launch angle that allow players to accurately target their targets. The loft is 30 degrees for the I#7, a modern standard setting.

Features & Benefits:

• The successor to the 2021 APEX irons, with a design similar to the APEX PRO irons
  The APEX Ai200 Irons are positioned as the successor to the 2021 APEX Irons. The top blade is slightly sharper than the previous model, with a moderate offset for a cleaner look. While the previous model had a cavity back back face, this one has a hollow structure, creating a muscle-back look similar to the APEX PRO Irons coming in 2023. The irons also feature a trapezoidal weight at the bottom to optimize the center of gravity and adjust the ball's launch, just like the APEX PRO Irons.

• Both the body and face are forged, providing a feel that even tour players will appreciate
  The APEX Ai200 Irons feature a forged soft iron body, and the face is also forged from Carpenter 455 steel, replacing the 17-4 stainless steel used in the previous model. This combination of forged face and body is rare among composite materials and construction models, and it produces a level of impact and feel that even tour players will appreciate.

• Carpenter 455 steel delivers incredible ball speeds
  The face material, Carpenter 455 steel, was also used in the 2023 PARADYM irons, and is characterized by its high strength and resilience. However, the impact force also increases, which raises the issue of ensuring the head's durability. While the PARADYM irons addressed this issue by incorporating a structure inside the head that connects the top blade and sole, the APEX Ai200 irons feature a forged soft iron body and recessed areas in the toe and heel directions on the upper back face that flex and absorb impact with softness. By effectively utilizing this while maintaining the sharp back face design, the irons achieve incredible ball speed and great distance.

• The first in the APEX series to feature the Ai Smart Face
  While the previous APEX irons featured an AI-designed FLASH Face, the APEX Ai200 irons, following on from the PARADYM Ai SMOKE series, now feature the Ai Smart Face. By using more detailed and more numerous inputs, such as impact point distribution for mid-handicappers (golfers scoring in the 80s), the AI further optimizes spin and launch angle, while achieving even faster ball speeds than the previous model. Thanks to the forged construction and refined Ai Smart Face, spin is approximately 500 revolutions more than the PARADYM irons using the same face material, resulting in a higher launch and a more stable ball for pinpoint accuracy.

• The familiar urethane microspheres reduce unnecessary vibrations
  The back of the face within the hollow structure is also equipped with Callaway's patented urethane microspheres. These microspheres reduce unnecessary vibrations without hindering face flex, resulting in a better feel. Together with the forged face and forged soft iron body, they provide the player with a soft feel and impact sensation.

• There are eight clubs in total, including I#4-9, PW, and AW, and the shafts are two types of steel
  The APEX Ai200 Irons are available in eight sizes: I#4-9, PW, and AW. The loft for I#7 is 30 degrees, slightly steeper than the previous APEX iron (30.5 degrees), but is still considered standard today. Two steel shafts are available. A left-handed version is also available, and customization is also available.
